BOMBAY GIN GARDEN GIMLET

This Gin packed cocktail mixture is created with fresh vegetables from your garden. This botanical gin-based summer cocktail will take you to a tropical rain forest when you drink this on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
⦁ 8 ounces Bombay Gin
⦁ 2 limes cut into quarters
⦁ 1 cup cucumber cut into one inch pieces
⦁ 4-6 leaves fresh basil roughly chopped
⦁ 2 ounces simple syrup
⦁ 1 cup ice cubes
⦁ 2-3 drops celery bitters optional

Combine limes, cucumber, and basil leaves in a quart size mason jar and muddle thoroughly. Add gin, simple syrup, and ice. Put the lid on the jar and shake shake shake. Strain and serve up or over one cube, add a drop or two of bitters if desired and garnish with fresh lime and a slice of cucumber.

GINGER AND LEMONGRASS WHISKY SOUR

This cocktail is exceptionally different because it is formulated utilizing aquafaba rather than egg white. The note of ‘warming ginger’ is splendidly coordinated with odorous lemongrass to render an astonishing flavor.

Ingredients
⦁ 50ml Bourbon (Wild Turkey 101 or Bulleit Bourbon works well)
⦁ 25ml Lemon Juice
⦁ 20ml bottlegreen Ginger & Lemongrass Cordial
⦁ 5ml Sugar Syrup
⦁ 25ml Aquafaba
⦁ Slice of Lemon or Ginger to garnish

Place all the ingredients in a shaker and shake hard. Do not add any ice to ensure you can create a foamy texture. Once you have achieved a foamy consistency, add ice, and shake further until the drink is chilled. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler and garnish with a slice of lemon or piece of ginger for a little more fire.

POMEGRANATE GIN AND TONIC

It’s an ideal supplement to every British summer moment. The combination of pomegranate gin and tonic will complement each other’s elegant notes. Everybody will love this transition to your cocktail party life.

⦁ 2 ounces gin
⦁ 4 ounces tonic water
⦁ 2 ounces pomegranate juice
⦁ 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
⦁ crushed ice
⦁ pomegranate arils
⦁ lime wedges
⦁ rosemary sprigs for garnish

Fill a glass with a few pomegranate arils and crushed ice. Pour the gin over the ice, then the tonic. Stir in the pomegranate and lime juice and wedges. Stir a few times to combine. Serve immediately with a rosemary sprig popped in and pomegranate arils sprinkled on top.
